Vladimir Boshoff (25) and Natalie Daly (24) hail from South Africa; an energetic and fun loving couple with a natural passion for the ocean, they would like to share their “Caribbean experience” with you.

Vladimir is a qualified RYA Yachtmaster and PADI Dive Master. His enthusiasm for sailing, diving and fly fishing has led him all over the world; beginning as a fly fishing guide in Mozambique, Vladimir turned to pursue a professional career in sailing starting in the Indian ocean as a sailing instructor and thousands of miles later found him in the Caribbean sea where he met Natalie.


Natalie’s hobby turned into her career when she first set foot aboard a sail boat in the Caribbean.

Her effortless smile and charm come through in everything that she does, be it preparing an exquisite meal or entertaining you with the islands secrets. Having chartered on a variety of yachts within the Caribbean there is very little she doesn’t know about the Caribbean waters and life.

With their enthusiastic fresh outlook, this couple will spirit you through a trip of amazing sights, sounds and tastes, a feast for all the senses.

BREAKFASTS
Scrambled eggs infused with smoked salmon and chives served on warm toasted bagels.
Traditional crepes stuffed with crispy bacon, ham, mushrooms and cheese.
Blueberry pancakes dressed with maple syrup and cream.
Natalie’s own lemon French toast.

All served with fresh fruit, cereal & fruit juices

LUNCHES
Honey stung shrimp and grilled vegetable kebabs with garlic baguettes.
Tarragon Chicken with cashews served in whole wheat pita’s with salad.
Mediterranean style mussels served on a bed of radicchio with fresh Foccacio.
Seafood Enchiladas with guacamole and salsa.

APPETIZERS
Blue cheese nachos – an excellent twist on an old favourite.
Spring rolls stuffed with oriental vegetables and served with a sweet and sour dipping sauce.
Rasta Brushcetta – tri-colored peppers in a tangy balsamic, garlic and olive marinade.
Portobello mushrooms filled with sun dried tomatoes, feta and peach chutney.

DINNERS
Pan seared scallops served with asparagus, snap peas, pesto and lemon on a bed of linguine infused with Italian herbs.
Grilled Mahi Mahi with a mango and avocado salsa, served with teriyaki and mushroom rice and roasted local plantains.
Beef tenderloin drizzled in a delicious creamy Dijon mustard sauce served with fresh garden vegetables.
Coconut shrimp served on a bed of jasmine rice with a tangy garlic and chili sauce and crispy poppadums.
Pork roasted in red wine, garlic, fennel and rosemary served with herbed roast potato wedges.
Served with a selection of fine wines
