Deon Engelbrecht and Leanne Christie have a combined fervor for both the ocean and fine cuisine.  Their love for sailing and adventure is what led them to sail across the South Atlantic and join the exhilarating world of chartering in the Caribbean.

 

 

 


Deon hails from ‘Surfer's Paradise Jeffrey's Bay in South Africa.  His relationship with the ocean started as a young boy sailing, fishing, surfing and diving. He is a qualified PADI Divemaster and a skilled Offshore Yachtmaster.

Leanne grew up in the Limpopo Valley which lies nestled in the Northern Province of South Africa.  There, she completed a three year course in Hotel Management, Catering and Tourism in 1997 and has managed various restaurants throughout South Africa.  She has been involved in the Catering and Hospitality Industry for the past nine years and enjoys spoiling her guests with creative cuisine and personal service.
