Feel The Magic's Crew

Pete Marshall (26) and Tricia Shearing (27) are both from England and met whilst windsurfing in the Caribbean Island of Barbados. They share a great love for the ocean and are both eager water sport enthusiasts. They have also been keen sailors for many years.

Having completed a four-year degree in Economics and Japanese, and also having spent some time working in Central London, Tricia opted for a different life style. She is a qualified windsurfing and dinghy sailing instructor and also a RYA Yachtmaster. After completing her professional skippers training course in the Solent and the English Channel, she ventured on to sail the Caribbean from Tortola to Trinidad, and then through the Windward Islands to Antigua.

Pete’s love for travel has taken him all over the world. Having travelled and worked extensively throughout Southern Africa, he began to focus on water sports and became a multi-discipline instructor, teaching kitesurfing, windsurfing, dinghy sailing and kayaking in Australia, UK and Barbados. Pete is also a qualified PADI Dive master and holds a skippers license. His love of exotic cuisine will entice any pallet.

BREAKFASTS
Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and chives
Poached eggs with avocado and cracked black pepper
Pete’s pancakes with maple syrup and tropical fruit coulis
Blueberry waffles with fresh local fruits and frozen yogurt.
(All served with a choice of cereals & fresh orange juice)

LUNCHES
Tarragon Chicken in warm Pita’s with Greek salad
Goats cheese salad with sweet potato roulade
Mushroom croustades with green salad and foccacia
Cheeseburgers in paradise.

APPETIZERS
Macho Nachos
Crispy spring rolls with Sweet and Sour Sauce
Cambozola stuffed pears drizzled with a saffron cream dressing
Crabcakes with sweet Chilli Dip.

DINNERS
Pete’s Thai Beef Green Curry served on a bed of Basmati rice
Madeira, paprika Pork Tenderloin served with grilled vegetables and baby roast potatoes
Tiger shrimp kebobs marinated in a delicious Chilli and garlic sauce served with crispy stir-fried vegetables
Grilled Tuna with mayonnaise, Avocado, Cilantro Salsa served with local Plantain and Teriyaki Mushroom rice
Grilled beef tenderloin wrapped in bacon, served with glazed almond carrots and greens, and twice stuffed baked potatoes.
(All served with your selection of fine wines)


DESSERTS
Ice cream profiteroles with rich chocolate sauce
Coconut parfait with mango coulis
Zabaglione Oranges in caramel with passion fruit sorbet
